Four days of song, nature connection practices, and workshops invite participants to gather on generationally Black-tended land in Southern California—home of the Grief to Action Sanctuary—and to engage in ceremony with Earth, Water, Fire, Sky, and Plant Spirits. This intimate, Global-Majority-founded festival offers a space to listen, sing, move, and connect to both the seen and unseen worlds.
Music and movement will flow together with hip hop, song circles, and re-indigenizing practices. Participants will be invited into Spirit Ally Meditation and Ideal Parent Meditation for healing generational and developmental trauma. They will also have the opportunity to explore Nature Meditations and a communal fire ceremony. Resonant Heart Practices will offer a distinct space for attuning to inner resonance and relational connection. Hands-off Transforming Touch® will anchor and deepen these experiences, creating a rhythm that will invite presence, reflection, and reconnection with ancestral and unbodied allies.
